Two new products in our seat cushion portfolio

To meet the needs of the general public and our customers, we have supplemented the Libella Seat product range with a child-sized seat in the form of the Seat Junior and an universal seat cushion Seat Basic without the need for a measurement.

The Libella Seat Junior is an individually adjustable corrective anti-bedsore seat adapted for children, teenagers and people of smaller stature. The configuration and customisation options are based on the Libella Seat Varia principle, but in seat widths from 26 cm and seat depths from 28 cm. Analysis during the development process has shown the need for a more pronounced disproportion between seat width and seat depth, which is why we can also produce the Libella Seat Junior in narrower but deeper dimensions.

The Libella Seat Basic is based on the Libella Seat Varia system and is available in a wide range of sizes. It is assembled in two basic versions — classic straight and slightly contoured. The versions are assembled from the most commonly used components to suit as many wheelchair users as possible without having to individually orientate and tailor the seat. For each version, there are two types of 3D printed parts in the back of the seat cushion for individual preference — yellow for added rigidity and stability and white for maximum softness.
